Professionalism at its best! Dr. Gordon and his staff-Amura, August and Erica were incredible. When I arrived I was in severe pain. The doctor immediately gave me an injection to get the pain under control. The tooth was abscessed so, he extracted it. They made me feel so comfortable and the procedure was fast and painless. They were all so personable and kind. The office was neat and clean and the wait time was minimal. We highly recommend Dr. Jacques Gordon and his staff at Southwest Maxillofacial Surgery and Implant Center in Villa Rica, GA.
PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE!!! From the moment I walked inside, London had me on cloud 9 with her kind, upbeat personality and informative nature. From the decor to the staff, top notch! My son was seen here for wisdom teeth removed 10 years ago and the service is still top tier!!! Dr. Jones explained everything clearly with options that helped me make wise decisions and did it with care and took her time with me. The office is in the back of the the Plaza!! Highly recommended!😁😁
As of 3/31/2025 I don’t have any of my wisdom teeth due to Dr.Gordon and his amazing team. The environment was very welcoming and relaxing, I don’t remember anything besides Dr. Gordon purple glasses 🤣 in my face before been put under. They say it was an hour but it felt like 10 minutes, that’s how painless the procedure was. I can’t thank him enough for the incredible work he did. Thank you! Thank Y’all! 😊
First time visiting this establishment with my MoM for a dental extraction with Dr. Jones and her staff. Everyone greeted us with warm welcome, professionalism and great customer service. Everyone on her team Shekeria, London, Paris, Elise, Ayanna, Ms. Betty all exude expectational patient care and compassion. I'm so thankful for her team for their help and support they providing during my Mom's care at the office. kudos to everyone!!
As a parent, I was very disappointed by our experience with Dr. Gordon at Southwest Maxillofacial Surgery and Implant Center in Villa Rica. My child left the office upset after being spoken to in a way I felt was harsh and unprofessional. I also noticed that staff members seemed uncomfortable and were spoken to with little respect. No parent wants their child to feel intimidated or uneasy during a medical visit, and I sincerely hope changes are made to create a kinder and more respectful environment for both patients and staff.
