Dr. Gordon and his staff are the best. For some one with dental anxiety, he cared for me every step of the way and ensured my comfort through the entire procedure. He explained every step of the process and even followed up in person the evening after. If you need a kind understanding oral surgeon, he is your doctor. I cant have enough good things to say about him.
First off the STAFF was amazing! Always welcomed me with a great positive attitude!! Now Dr. Gordan, He was more than AMAZING!! I was a nervous wreck about the whole procedure and when I tell you he was so kind and so gentle, I never felt any pain, even afterwards! He was also kind enough to call that afternoon and check in on me!!! Overall GREAT experience!! Would Highly recommend to anyone needing any kind of dental work!!

I was particularly dreading the procedure, envisioning the worst-case scenario in terms of discomfort. However, Dr. Gordon’s skill is nothing short of mastery. The procedure was virtually painless—a stunning achievement in oral surgery. I went to this dental office based on my husband’s experience, he gave me a good report about the doctor. I arrived and the staff was very friendly and helpful.They were very professional. The atmosphere was pleasant and the doctor was very friendly and made you feel calm and at ease . He explained what needed to be done and assisted me with any concerns that I had. I was even given choices of what would be best for my comfort during the procedure that I was comfortable with. I have had some really bad experiences with dentist before, so this was a refreshing experience for me. I can now look forward to my upcoming appointment with a competent doctor and staff and feel good about it. Thanks for your support and professionalism during my time of need.
Tl;Dr: This office is incredibly professional, personable, and welcoming while maintaining a high level competency in their work. Personally, I have never been in a better dental office. All of the staff (behind the desk, techs, assistants, and Dr. Gordon) were not only professional, but also very personable and down-to-earth with each different interaction; at no point did I feel like I was just another face to be rushed through so they could collect the money. Initial/Consult visit: When explaining the full extent of my problem (severely broken tooth) and the manner of correction (extraction), Dr. Gordon kept it all easy to understand while not adding any 'fluff' or sugar-coating about what I was facing, and addressed all of my initial concerns. The tech who took my x-rays went above the typical standard, at least to me, by explaining every little thing that was happening, what all of the different steps were for, and asking permission to physically position me in the correct place. Surgical/Extraction visit: The tech/assistant (forgot to ask her title) who brought me to the surgical room was quite good at explaining each point of the initial setup process (ie: what the various equipment was for, at what point different steps would happen, etc). Dr. Gordon was equally as good explaining his portion of the prep stages (laughing gas usage, local numbing, time frames for allowing effects to happen) as well as communicating what he needed from me (proper breathing for the gas to work, not tensing jaw muscles, etc). When it came time for the actual extraction, it was over before I really knew what was happening; 3 wisdom teeth and 1 other broken tooth in the past had my expectations set to the worst experience possible. The Dr was able to work the tooth free with almost nothing to grab to (only had about 20% at most left above the gums) and did not have to resort to cutting and stitches! I will never be able to recommend this office and Dr. Gordon enough.
