I had two procedures done at this oral surgery center and both experiences were excellent. Dr. Kramer was professional, skilled, and made me feel completely at ease. Both surgeries were quick, painless, and healed beautifully. The entire staff is friendly, calm, and very supportive from check in to follow up. I highly recommend them!

I had the best experience ever with southwest oral surgery. I got my wisdom teeth taken out a couple days ago. I had one or two impacted so I was scared my recovery would be bad. I had no pain, and only a little swelling on one side. I am back at school and doing my daily activities. I am really happy and can see my healing is getting better everyday. They are so nice and understanding and listened to all my concerns and made me feel comfortable and not scared to get the surgery. If you’re looking for a place to get your wisdom teeth out definitely come here! They are so professional and my surgeon Dr.Kramer was so smart and caring if you are wanting specifically him!

Two wisdom teeth removed today. Every one here was professional and polite. Dr. Kramer was extremely efficient and careful of my comfort during and after the extraction. At 70 y.o. I was told this may be uncomfortable, but the experience was not nearly as bad as I expected .

I had a scheduled appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed. The doctor came in and said there was no point in answering questions because “I would not remember the answers anyway”. The doctor then proceeded to start an IV to which was a faulty IV. Sedatives were pushed through this IV. The nurse forcefully held my head to the table while the IV was being placed. There was zero communication throughout process. Once the doctor realized the IV was not effective he then attempted again with a second dose of sedatives. Upon waking up after I was properly sedated, the doctor came into the holding room and gave no post op instructions to either me or my husband and only asked how I felt. He then proceeded to leave. Once I arrived home, I came to discover my cheek had been stitched to my gums. I quickly made an appointment with my dentist. She was disappointed with the outcome of the procedure. Several days later I noticed an incision was made along the base of my back molars causing the gums to separate from the molars. This will now require another procedure to fix their mistake. South west oral surgery is unethical, negligent and lacks the ability to perform proper patient care. As a health care provider myself, I am fully aware of proper clinical conduct and safety, and I recognize how serious these violations are beyond what the average patient may understand. I would strongly caution anyone considering treatment at this facility.

I was able to schedule an appointment for my father within 24 hours at the Baxter location. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They worked with my father’s primary care physician to make sure he received the care he needed.
