Being an octogenarian, I have experienced many oral surgeries in numerous states; root canals, extractions, etc. Dr. Dye is, without doubt, the absolute best oral surgeon I ever have had. He is extraordinarily up-to-date on all the latest developments and techniques. Dr. Dye considers your whole health and accommodates any possible conflicts with other medicalissues. He is efficient, yet kind. He follows-up and cares about your comfort and healing. Dr Dye surpasses the gold bar and sets the platinum standard of true excellence.
Having never been there before I was very pleased. In pain, with my cheek swollen, they worked me in same day that I called, figured out which tooth it was and started me on an antibiotic til day to pull tooth. BotheDr Dye and Dr Omole,, the office manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the water bottles given on both visits. Whole staff awesome!!! I found my place for dental appointments.
I think it was Dr. Dye that did my husband's surgery which went very well. He did a great job. There was one thing that bothered us and that was the lady that kept asking about the 5,300$. We paid 10,200$ is what she said we owed, then during surgery they called and wanted to know if we still wanted the implants...which we already had discussed during our first visit...yes that's what we want. She said it was going to be another 5,300$ more, okay. Then wanted to know if we could pay that day, I said we have to call the bank because we can only pull out 3,000$ a day. Get home, I called the doctor's office because I noticed we didn't get everything from the pharmacy that we needed and she said she would have the doctor send it to the pharmacy where we live and right away wanted that 5,300$. Haven't had time to call the bank. I gave her the card number and of course only 3,000$ was approved...and she said oh only 3,000$ approved...I said we will pay the 2,300$ left the next day. So she calls me the next day on the 12th of December and pretending to be concerned about my husband, after I answered her, she immediately asked about the 2,300$. Which she got paid in full. My husband's surgery was on the 11th of December. Don't be so rude. Treat others like you want to be treated.
