I have been going to Dr. Graham for 25+ years and you will not find a better periodontist. I feel fortunate to be his patient with all the many dental problems I've had through the years. His wife Lisa is the one of the best dental hygenist you will find. Mary is excellent as well. The office staff has always been helpful working with appointments around my and my husbands schedules.
Dishonest establishment. I went for a consult and measurements end of January, I literally waited longer in the waiting room than actually sitting in the chair. They definitely didn’t do any kind of measurements, he tapped my tooth with a hook and in 90 seconds explained the procedure. That was it. Which would’ve been fine, but then I sat down with the one of the employees and got quotes for the actual procedure. They wrote the number on the paper “crown lengthening procedure” and a flat fee number next to it. I specifically asked if I owed anything that day and they said no, she literally said everything was included in that flat rate. Well fast forward 4 weeks and I get a bill in the mail for a consult fee… it wouldn’t have been a big deal if they had brought it up on the day of the appointment when I specifically asked if I owed anything else. When I called and asked about this, expecting them to wave the fee since it was their fault for not bringing this up right away and instead billing me a month later. Well the receptionist was far from understanding and told me I would be responsible for that fee and that they had probably just assumed I had insurance even though when I filled out paperwork I told them several times I did not. They don’t even care to make things right and ensure they don’t lose a client. After all of this the receptionist just asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment I waited 5 months for… well I canceled it. Thanks for wasting 5 months of my time only to be rude and offer a cancellation after a mistake on your offices end. It’s not about the $75. It’s about how rude and unprofessional you guys were. Will not be recommending to any of my family or friends or who needed a referral, not that you guys care since you would rather cancel an appointment then make things right with the customer. Not sure what I expected with a place that’s been open for years and only has 12 reviews.
I had the laser periodontal done on my gums and my procedure went well and I guess depending on how much tartar to how much laser work needs be done my procedure only took a hour . Very professional staff
Dr. Graham is so pleasant to work with. He explains what is going on so you are knowledgeable about your visit. He is gentle and expeditious. The staff in there is great and helpful as well! Would recommend this place of business.
Have you ever been to the doctor, and he declared you perfectly healthy? I had this happen twice with my dentist over the past year. Even though he said everything in my mouth looked perfectly fine, I knew it wasn't. The pain flared up even more over the last few days and has become a constant problem. In search of a solution, I Googled and found Dr. Graham who confirmed that something is indeed wrong. As for treatment, he's hoping we can avoid a root canal with antibiotics and laser treatment around the tooth in a few weeks. I'd highly recommend Dr. Graham to anyone whose having similar issues. He and his lovely staff are more than professional, and are waiting to serve you in a pristine, modern office setting. Thanks so much for seeing me quickly and helping ease my pain!
