We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Specialized Surgeons from start to finish. My son recently had his wisdom teeth removed, and I could not be more impressed with the level of care, professionalism, and compassion shown by both Dr. McFadden and the entire staff. The procedure itself went incredibly smoothly — everything was explained clearly beforehand, my son was completely at ease, and the surgery was done efficiently with no complications. The follow-up and aftercare were just as exceptional. We received clear instructions, prompt responses to questions, and genuine concern for my son’s recovery. He healed quickly and comfortably thanks to their thorough guidance and support. It is rare to find an office with this level of expertise, warmth and personal attention. We are so grateful for the outstanding care we received and would recommend this practice without hesitation to any family looking for an oral surgeon they can truly trust.

Overall the staff was very nice. However, I would not recommend Dr. Jorge Autran-Martinez for any surgery as he caused me what seems to be permanent nerve damage from wisdom tooth removal on what was called an easy extraction by him and my dentist. I went to this oral surgeon based on recommendation from my dentist. My extractions were said to be easy but I wanted to be knocked out for the procedure so I chose to go to the surgeon instead of my dentist. First this surgeon missed my vein when trying to put in the IV for anesthetic. Wish I would have walked out then (I had the thought). Next I ended up being awake for parts of the procedure. The parts I was awake for seemed aggressive and done without much care. I think that bothers me the most. This was confirmed more by how fast the procedure took (15-20 min). Would rather have seen him take a slower more dedicated approach. I ended up with nerve damage to half my tongue including no taste. What then bothered me is that instead of acknowledging anything he just acted like he performed a perfect procedure. Really?? I was awake during it and you caused me nerve damage I wouldn't call that a successful procedure. Could have at least acted as such. I realize this is a risk of the procedure but was told by two dentists my extractions were very easy so it looks more like a misstep by the surgeon in my opinion. While I can't speak to the other surgeons I here I would avoid seeing Dr. Jorge. I know I hope I never have to see him again.

I highly recommend Specialized Surgeons. The staff were pleasant and helped me relax during my front tooth extraction. Dr. McFadden was so precise and gentle!
