Dr. Chen replaced two fillings during my most recent appointment. He was gentle and thorough and explained everything to me. His assistant was great, too. The estimate I received ahead of time was accurate. Great practice. I highly recommend it!
Everyone that works here is so incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. The front office staff know me by name and are so kind and caring. The dentist, Dr. Popa, is amazing! He explains everything so well and really takes his time with you. He is also very nice to talk to. I high recommend this practice!!
My family member has been experiencing dental issues affecting all of her teeth for many years and now requires comprehensive dental care and a clear diagnosis. Over the past three years, we have visited multiple dentists, each offering different suggestions, but none were able to clearly identify her overall condition or provide a definitive treatment plan. I have accompanied her to every visit. so I have been directly involved in communication and decision-making throughout this process. Our visit to SDG was completely different from our prior experiences. The dentist treated her with care and professionalism and communicated clearly and cooperatively with both of us. I personally witnessed the entire process. They provided a thorough evaluation, clearly documented the clinical diagnosis, and detailed all of her dental issues. In addition, they promptly prepared the necessary referral requests and supporting documents, all within 24 hours. The predetermination request to the insurance company was submitted by this office on the same day as her visit. It was processed immediately, and the treatment was approved within three days. In contrast, a predetermination submitted by another provider last year has still not been approved, even after more than six months. Based on our direct experience, we truly appreciate their efficiency, clarity, and cooperation, and we plan to continue with them for further treatment and follow-up care.
My experience with SDG has been phenomenal! I am a carry over patient from a much valued Dr. Dinkin who retired. First I would like to thank my retired dentist for leaving my dental needs in the very capable hands of SDG dental professionals. The reception/office staff have maintained the caring, warmth and professionalism that was always part of the previous practice. The transition has been flawless for me as a patient. I have had the pleasure of having a dental bridge replacement by Dr. Popa of SDG and was very impressed with the entire process. The process was painless with much less discomfort than I had anticipated. My new bridge was in place in a matter of two weeks. Dr. Li will be working on my implants at my next visit. I am delighted to have such outstanding professionals attending to my dental needs under one roof . I recommend SDG very highly.
I had a very good experience getting a filling replaced. The dental assistant was pleasant and friendly and made me feel at ease. The dentist was great! He explained what he was doing and offered to do the work without Novocaine. I agreed and it worked out great! He said to tell him at anytime if I felt any pain. It was painless and I was grateful not to have my mouth and face numb.
