Dr. Johnson and his staff are wonderful! I've had 2 gum graft surgeries done by Dr. Johnson, and each time he and his staff did a great job--they made sure I had everything I needed, and they took their time answering my questions and making me feel comfortable. Dr. Johnson himself even called me several days after each surgery to check on how I was doing and whether I needed anything. It's so nice to have a periodontist and staff that are not only well-skilled at what they do, but also care about their patients--thank you!
This review is solely referring to the office staff here. I was told initially the person who could schedule was out of office for a week and I would receive a call back. After 2 weeks I called back and left a voicemail with no response. This has happened now 2 more times. No one will call back to schedule an appointment. Business must be good as patients are not important. Update: I did receive a call back after my last attempt and after I had written this review. The office staff apologized for the mishap and I was scheduled in the earliest next slot. I was pleased that they appeared to care. But two days later after reading I had left the prior review my appointment was cancelled. Their initial approach was I wouldn't be comfortable having surgery here since I wrote the review. I stated my issue was with office communication not the Dr. My appointment was cancelled regardless. So, in other words, I was cancelled for writing a negative review. Of note, I value customer service higher than anything and I find it very lacking today. This is why I write reviews, both positive and negative. It appears Spokane Periodontics is only interested in maintaining positive reviews. Another sad day!
We went to Spokane Periodontics for my 14-year-old who needed to have gum grafting performed. The process was so smooth that he didn't even need to take any pain medication after the procedure. He has been telling everyone who needs to have gum grafting that it is painless and not that big of an inconvenience. Highly recommend Spokane Periodontics!
I recently had gum graft surgery at Spokane Periodontics and Implants. Their facilities are incredibly clean, their staff is professional and prompt, and their explanations are clear. They explained every step of the way and answered all my questions. Thank you for making a difficult surgery go smoothly and successfully. Highly recommend!
I was so happy with Dr Johnson and the whole clinic and highly recommend them. The recovery from my gum grafting was much easier than expected with minimal pain/bruising and they provided excellent instructions and follow up. The hardest part was avoiding spicy foods for two weeks!
