We loved our experience with the team at Spoonwood Dental, especially those who work within the pediatric practice. Dr. Steph was extremely professional but more importantly she was compassionate and calm, as I’m sure she could sense how nervous I was about my 8 week old having a tongue tie and lip tie procedure done. Her post-op instructions were clear and concise, and she did an excellent job explaining anything that could come up afterward. I was also grateful she gave us a number to call after hours if we had concerns. I’d also like to give a special shout out to Jill who snuck us into a cancellation slot! I also cannot thank the nursing staff enough who entertained my toddler so that I could pay attention to my infant before and after the procedure. I highly recommend Spoonwood to anyone looking for pediatric dental care!
Hygienist Sam is lovely, professional and quick. She always gets me out of the chair quickly so I can get to work on time. Unfortunately, the stack up at the counter to check in or check out is getting slower. Also an email warning about the extra charges expected at that appointment would be helpful, since they email and text so many times prior to appt already.
Erica and the dentist who did my exam were great! Nice bedside presence and a really solid exam by this doctor. I got to listen to them exchange notes and agree on findings. It just was a really good experience. Erica is very gentle, for those with anxiety or sensitivities
Great staff! My hygienist was gentle and explained things to me. Only complaint the room I was in floor was kind of dirty in corners and not well set up for hygienist to move around so had to crane neck to the side most of the time. Parking lot is also kind of tough to get in and out of when busy.
I love this dental practice! All my current providers are very kind, caring and compassionate. They listen to my concerns with respect and are very accommodating in finding effective solutions to problems, as they arise.
