I had my wisdom teeth out a week ago today and I just wanted to write a review because I had such an amazing experience. The staff are so friendly and professional and Dr. Jackson did such an amazing job on my impacted teeth, I got all 4 removed at once and the healing process was a breeze. I was slightly uncomfortable for the first few days, but all I needed was ibuprofen, and by day 5, I was pretty much back to normal. They made this process so easy for me and I'm so happy I'm all healed up, definitely get your teeth done here!
Had a cracked tooth that needed removed and replaced with a bridge or implant. I chose implant. I found Dr Jackson through a very reputable recommendation. My experience is fantastic - from administrative, scheduling, great customer service, professional dentntal services, and quick follow up. Didn't feel the pain from the tooth extraction, and surgery to install implant posts. In sum, I highly recommend Dr Jackson and his whole team. Very personable professional team that truly cares about you.
My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth removed at Spring Hill Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, and I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the very first call to schedule her appointment, the staff was kind, organized, and incredibly helpful. They walked us through every step and made sure all of our questions were answered before the day of surgery. On the day of the procedure, the entire team went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and cared for. The staff was gentle, reassuring, and genuinely compassionate — exactly what a nervous teen (and mom!) needs in that moment. The surgeon and assistants were professional, calm, and very thorough. The follow-up care was just as impressive. They checked on her, provided clear instructions, and were easy to reach if we had any concerns. Her recovery went smoothly thanks to their guidance and attention to detail. Dr. Jackson and his lovely staff gave me the best medical experience I have genuinely ever had. This office is in tip top shape. The front desk ladies were kind and helpful, and the technicians/assistants were also very friendly and great. I felt well thoroughly informed and extremely well taken care of throughout the entire process. They did such a wonderful job at easing my nerves and creating a professional and comfortable environment. The bed side manner was absolutely phenomenal. The procedure was quick and smooth, as has been recovery! Dr. Jackson even called me to check in after my surgery, which I really appreciated. I cannot recommend this office enough. I’m so grateful to have received top quality care from such a gifted team.
