Everytime I go is a good experience I love it is beyond clean n OMG the staff they're so super friendly all the time n super professional they're really make u feel at home. The wait time is super short n the Doctor his very nice n friendly I absolutely recommend Forest Park dental for ur needs
Springfield Dental is amazing. My kids go there, and they always go above and beyond. The staff provides excellent service, is great with children, and never turns patients away even if an appointment was missed. The front desk team is friendly, kind, and always gets the job done efficiently.
I just want to say that Trinity and Rosa were very welcoming, respectful, and caring! We were all treated very professionally and carefully. Our doctors made us feel comfortable and relaxed! Love it! We will be coming back! Thank you so much!
Been going to Springfield Dental for more than 3 years. They've been scheduling me for my teeth cleanings every six months. I get X-rays done and no cleaning with the excuse they'll need authorization for a deep cleaning. I check with my insurance company and sure enough they've been charging insurance for the cleaning they haven't done in two years. I finally realized the pattern and scam they are doing. Office is clean, they all are polite and seem so professional but scamming the insurance company and no care for customers dental care.
Just had my first root canal here for a pre-molar tooth a couple of weeks ago. It was painless and took about 30 mins. Came in for the crown prep the following day in which they also put on a temporary crown until my permanent crown came. Just had the permanent crown cemented a few days ago and have experienced no pain or discomfort from it. Feels like I have a brand new tooth in place now.
