I had a great experience at this dental office! Dr. Mondelli was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable. Courtney, the hygienist, was amazing! Very thorough and so friendly. She made what’s usually a stressful visit feel easy and relaxed. The whole office has such a welcoming atmosphere, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience with the team at Spruce Roots this morning. From the prompt receptionists doing the scheduling, to the smiling desk staff at check in, to Courtney, my awesome hygienist and as always Dr. Jon Woller. Dr. Woller consistently takes the time to thoroughly explain things to me. He is great at making me feel comfortable, and never acts rushed. I’ve been coming to Spruce Roots for 16 years now. Love the staff and happy atmosphere there.

Nice folks, friendly and prompt. Very thorough process, new patients they do an "exam" no cleaning just an exam with lots of photos, 3D, xrays, checking of your teeth/gums, etc. Then you do a cleaning appointment. I would like it personally to be all in one, but time is a requirement to have and if you have the time they can schedule it back to back probably, expect probably 2 hrs if you do it that way otherwise appointments are efficient. We moved to Fairbanks in 2024 and decided to send our family, 2 adults, and 2 kids. We live right nearby so it's convenient. This is NOT your walk in, grab a chair, get a quick clean and leave. They take more time to care about your patient history, status, preventative measures and overall health. If you're looking for in and out, probably go to 4 corners
My family and I are so incredibly thankful for the amazing team at Spruce Roots! Dr. Willis and her wonderful assistant, Elaine, truly went above and beyond to help my daughter with an emergency dental issue on Christmas Day. My daughter was in a lot of pain and very nervous about dental work, but they were incredibly kind, patient, and caring, and helped her feel comfortable while taking care of the problem. We are so grateful for the Spruce Roots staff and the high quality dental care they provide to our family and our community!
