Oh how blessed I am to be referred to this Dental Facility by the VA. I am so eager to become a patient under their care. Cleanliness is practiced and I appreciated observing this . They were very thoughtful in ensuring I was comfortable and was asked if I had any questions of anything that was addressed. The doctor was very thorough in explaining the findings and her treatment plan for me. My 1st appointment was made for the very next day without delay. After speaking with the assistant I found that this is Wonderful and long standing practice of nearly 40 years.

I can’t express the gratitude I have for my visit with Dr Best and her staff. They were informative, catering and compassionate !! Dr Best was patient in explaining what she found and how it could equate to treatment along with the benefits and costs to each option even though it was clear that I was probably not a good candidate for implants at this time. She put compassion and empathy above profits and that resonated with me deeply. I would recommend her to anyone considering the need for peridontics and or implants.

As an orthodontist who has worked across the hall from Dr. Snitzer for over 25 years (and my father before me for 30-40 years), I can say with authority: he is a consummate professional—always current and practical in his procedures and treatments. I've referred hundreds of my orthodontic patients to him over the years, and the quality of his work consistently exceeds expectations. His surgical precision and clinical judgment are exceptional—qualities I notice as a colleague that make all the difference in patient outcomes. In all my years in dentistry, I've never been able to work as closely with another specialist as I have with him. I don't think I've ever been as excited or trusting regarding my periodontal health with anyone. There is no one else I would trust my mouth to, and my father felt the same regard for Dr. Snitzer. I cannot recommend Dr. Snitzer, and both his skilled associates, and ALWAYS friendly staff strongly enough!

Very displeased so far. On 11/06/25 I called to make a crown lengthening appointment for my son after he had a root canal. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, but I was disheartened to hear the earliest appointment available was nearly 3 months out, on 01/29/26. So I filled out the online paperwork immediately, and also made sure to give the receptionist contact info where root canal was done so that they could request copies sent over of my son's xrays. So all good. Wait it out. Show up for appt, my son is more than ready for procedure (followed all the instructions- no food, water, before, no Advil etc for week prior etc) However , after a brief exam by Dr Elizabeth Binz, she tells us she can't perform the procedure today after all.. bc she's afraid there may not be enough room; or worried she may cut a nerve bc of his wisdom teeth , etc. .. and now my son has to first have an oral surgeon assess his wisdom teeth and make recommendation. So , while I can of course follow and appreciate this logic/advice... lean to side of caution etc. .. Here's the part I am upset about- Dr. Binz HAD ACCESS TO HIS X-RAYS and 3 months to look at them to ascertain whether or not she had concerns! .... She'd have known SEVERAL weeks ago that he still had 2 wisdom teeth. My son could have been seen by an oral surgeon prior to 01/29 ; and then been able to actually get the crown lengthening on 01/29. They are the specialists that do this everyday, I'm sure they have exact or similar scenarios such as this.. This seems like a situation that could have been avoidable.. AND.. to add insult to injury, we were charged $125 for this visit. FOR WHAT? I'm hoping it will be credited against next appointment ? (Short back story .. my son had been living in Nova Scotia Canada up until 07/2025. (Long story actually but circumstances beyond his control kept him from getting back to US sooner) so here we are, he gets back home , suddenly needs a root canal (also hernia surgery) He is covered under my husband's medical insurance until he is 26 .. He's currently 25, and his birthday is in 10 weeks. It was tight time line but we made it happen. .. but now here we are with this major set back & further time delay. ... That seemed very avoidable ☹️ I'm hoping he won't need wisdom teeth out (his oral surgeon told him in 2022 that he was removing only 2 and leaving the other 2 bc they were firmly in place and well below the surface.. and that 'if they don't come down in the next year they never will " And here we are To be continued I suppose

Everyone was very kind and professional. Dr Binz gave me a clear visual understanding of what was happening in my mouth and made sure I was comfortable with her explanations. Thanks to Shure and Judy for there support.
