We couldn't be more pleased with the level of genuine kindness and professionalism Dr. Ruopp, Cindy and the entire team have given us. From initial consultation (explaining every process in detail) to follow up visits - with the same attention to detail. Dr. Ruopp is up to date on the latest implant techniques and if you research him you will find just how advanced his procedures are. We are so pleased with the implants and dentures. Also, we were concerned about costs but his staff put at ease offering us affordable options. We highly recommend you contact Dr. Ruopp if you are considering implants and/or dentures.
I highly Recommend Dr. Ruopp he was the best at describing the treatment i needed to get the outcome i wanted. His whole team is friendly and supportive. Super easy and gentle cant say enough how great he is. If you go somewhere else i say your making a huge mistake. I was told by others that my bone loss was gonna be a huge problem. Dr. Ruopp had a plan to tackle that issue with vitamins and time he had made the bone strong again to accept the Implants. So if you want the best at a great price. HE is your guy as he is my guy. I researched many surgeons before deciding to go with Dr. Ruopp, and I know without a doubt that I made the best decision. Dr. Ruopp and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, I never once felt judged—they were kind, supportive, and truly caring. I was extremely scared to have the All-on-4 implant surgery, but Dr. Ruopp and his staff were so encouraging and reassuring every step of the way. On the day of surgery, not only did they provide excellent care for me, they also made sure my husband was comfortable and taken care of while he waited. That meant so much to us. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this team. When I went back to work, I was nervous, but I received so many compliments. Dr. Ruopp gave me confidence—something I haven’t had in a very long time—and my smile looks amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Ruopp and his staff. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would.
Dr Ruopp and his team are absolutely fantastic! They have helped my husband who is working towards a kidney transplant smile again! They have been the most kind and caring group and always available to answer any questions we have had. My husband has a terrible fear of dentists and Dr Ruopp quickly put him at ease! I could honestly never thank this amazing team enough for everything they have done.
5 STARS ALL ACROSS THE BOARD!!! You will NOT find a better place to get denture and implants than here! FREE CONSULTATION!! TOTAL JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE!! I did my research before coming too. I checked out several of the other places and none matched the service you get here. Very nice and clean along with being a comfortable setting as well. It's a Super Star team of 5!!!! You get Cindy the finance/smile consultant who can let you know within about 10 minutes what loans can work for you. You also get Casey and Angelic the best 2 dental hygienists you could ask for. Both are so considerate of any past PTSD from dental issues, and again judgement free zone (they dont care what'sin your mouth). They just want to give you the best smile they can! And Gale is great too! He's an amazing lab tech that works ON SITE to fix anything you may need help with. And Dr. Ruopp.. AMAZING!!!!! To find a dentist that understands the PTSD that comes from dental trauma and shows real care and concern for each of his patients is EVERYTHING!!! I'm so glad I chose to get my All-ON-4 Implants from STLDI. To have a lab on site to fix things, I'm able to call and get into an ER appt within 48hrs if I need it. If I need anything I know I can call and it will be taken care of. This is the best choice I could have made!! Don't bother with the other places. This is the one to come to!!!! One and done
