Had a biopsy done and the procedure went amazing well. The care team was awesome! I was impressed with how well the pain was managed with their simple aftercare instructions.
Dr Smith seems very competent and professional and I like the fact that she is going to discuss my situation with my primary dentist for the best possible solution and will meet with me at a later time to decide my course of action.
Billing and scheduling department are a mess. Be sure to check your EOB because they like to overcharge and under refund. Had to cancel the same appointment three times. Why do you keep calling to confirm an appointment I've already canceled?
I was super nervous going in because I was in serve pain with horrible dental anxiety. I’ve had several bad experiences with dentists before. The wonderful lady I scheduled an appointment with worked her magic to get me in soon as possible. The staff on my appointment yesterday were just as great. They were able to give me sedation, perform my exam and procedure same day. My mouth already feels significantly better and I cannot wait for my post op appointment to continue with my mouth health journey with them. Highly recommend.
