This was the first time I have had dental work done and did not require medication for nerves. The dental assistant was so kind and talked to me the hole time to keep me calm. Dr. Yeater was so laid back and checked on me multiple times throughout the procedure. I went for my follow up today and even though there was only one person working the front, making for a very stressful situation, the receptionist was still very kind and thoughtful. I would recommend them to anyone.

ZERO Communication skills!! None of the staff seems to have a clue to what’s going on. I had to have an upper partial made. Not a single person explained to us the process how it’s made, what it’s made from, how long it takes, etc. I was at least 15 minutes early to every visit and generally sat in the lobby for at least 30 minutes. The longest wait time I sat was an hour and a half. When I was taken back, the dentist would come in, Walk in the room, walk up to my right side and instantly turned his back to me and did not say a word. This was the most disrespectful thing I have seen. The worst bedside manners I have ever seen. This happened at every visit I made. Most of my family has went here for years and warned me of the bedside manners before I even went. After several visits I finally picked up my upper partial. The dentist flashed a really small smudged mirror in my face to show me them. I was more concerned about how to get them back out of my mouth. He quickly told me how to remove them and sent me on my way. Once outside, I was able to look at them in the mirror in my vehicle and realized the two front teeth weren’t finished. The two front teeth was one big white blob. Looked absolutely horrible.. I went back in and showed them and was told to come back the following day. Picked them up the next day and the two front teeth still aren’t the right color, they’re sticking out farther than the other teeth, the portion of the mold that goes in the top of your mouth does not fit and has gaps in the front and all of the right side. I called to ask if this is how they are supposed to fit And the girl that answered the phone said she wasn’t sure? The doctors assistant got on the phone and was very rude. After giving them the option of fixing them or refunding my money, I was told that I was being discharged as a patient and they would no longer be providing care. Could not be more beside myself on the unprofessionalism and just complete lack of care at this establishment. I will not waste my time on Returning. After sharing my experience with my other family members that use them they have also said they will not be returning as well. My partial is good enough to eat food but looks horrible. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Front office is unorganized and untruthful. Phone was busy all day yesterday so couldn't even leave a voicemail for reschedule so some how we are considered at fault for the communication issues for there business. They state we have 2 no call no shows but we reschedule 2 and have the phone logs to prove otherwise. Doesn't matter now because we will take our business elsewhere due to the lack of professionalism and communication at stadium dentures front office.
