From check in to check out, my entire experience was great. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, and the technology they have is unmatched. If you're looking for a thorough and efficient comprehensive exam with great customer service, this is the place to go!
I cannot even begin to express my level of gratitude for Dr. Kopf and Starwood Dental. My kiddo broke his tooth in half yesterday. I won't go into further detail (because gross)...but he was a hurting unit. After not being able to get into our own dentist, I started a flurry of phone calls, and I got to the "S"'s, and Starwood Dental, and a very kind voice said a word I hadn't heard. "YES, come on in. We will probably just do x'rays today and see what we can do, but come on in!" And my kiddo's tooth ended up being so badly broken that Dr. Kopf and one of the friendliest hygienists I've ever met, smack dab in a very busy afternoon, took the time to care for my son, and repair the broken tooth and move around the one he had pushed back into his mouth. They absolutely went out of their way, above and beyond to help a non patient yesterday. And I am so, so, SO incredibly thankful! We found a new dentist! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!
Dr. Kopf has been taking care of my family's dental health since Starwood Dental opened in Norfolk. We appreciate the family atmosphere and pleasant surroundings. The entire staff goes out of their way to provide services in an efficient, knowledgeable manner. From start to finish, comfort is their main concern to make each visit as relaxing as possible.
Dr. Zak Kopf and his team do a wonderful job of making you feel comfortable while in the office. I have been a patient of theirs for many years and recently started bringing our little boy in as well. Zak and the hygienists love kids which is very helpful when acclimating them to dentistry work! I highly recommend his ability to perform top notch work in a friendly environment.
I had a temporary veneer come off while I was visiting family here in Nebraska. They were the only ones that could fit me in and they were excellent! Very nice and even gave me some temporary cement in case it happened again before I got back home. Highly recommend!
