The team here is amazing! I feel assured no matter what type of work I need done they have it covered under one roof. Having TMJ I wanted a plan on how to move forward with so much dental work in my past and future. Dr. Stine has been instrumentally helpful! He helped make me a plan and I feel comfortable going to the dentist after years of anxiety. I cannot express my appreciation for Dr. Stine and his team enough, thank you!

I had a great experience with my new dentist. - Dr. Stine. He is truly passionate about his patients and takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and well cared for. The entire staff is so welcoming, extremely helpful, and genuinely nice, which made the visit even better. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team.

Great experience! The staff was very friendly and professional. I didn’t feel any pain at all, and I was seen immediately with no waiting time. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt very comfortable the whole visit. Highly recommend!

I had a very frustrating experience with this dental office and would not recommend them. Before scheduling the appointment, I specifically called and asked if they accepted our insurance. I was told that they did, but no one mentioned that they were out of network. That information would have absolutely affected our decision to schedule there. At the appointment, they took X-rays for my husband that ended up not being covered because his insurance only allows them once per year. If they had reviewed his records or verified benefits properly, they would have seen that he had already had X-rays done recently. As someone who works in medical billing, this is basic verification that should be done before performing services. When I went to pay and asked about the charges, the office would not offer any adjustment or discount even though the situation could have been avoided with proper verification. We were also told that my husband needed extensive dental work (crowns and other procedures). During the conversation, we were told that “insurance is basically like a coupon these days,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The whole experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I feel bad for patients who may not understand how insurance works and trust the office to guide them honestly. We have since transferred our records to another dentist.
