If you are a veteran please do not go here. They couldn’t care any less. The VA rep does not reply to emails or phone calls. They will do your initial appointment and cleaning but after that it’s absolutely nothing. It’s very disappointing to see and experience.
They have a great staff, aside from dental work they have a treasure chest our kids get to pick items from. Masks are required and you will get your blood pressure and temperature taken. So you know about your health status. They are very professional indeed.
I previously had reviewed & given this office 5 stars. I’ve been going here for a few years, and had always been decently pleased with the care that the dentist & assistants gave me. They were always reassuring and helpful with my dental anxiety. The reason I’m taking my 5 star review back and putting a 2 star is because of the front office staff. I’ve let it go for months and month, chalking it up to maybe a bad day or two. But the front office staff is just unbelievably rude. More than once they have laughed when I’ve asked to reschedule, or made rude comments. I’m pretty confident it’s the same girl, and that’s unfortunate for the business. They send a text out that says if you don’t reply by X time, your appointment is cancelled. I was at work and couldn’t reply by end of business day, I assumed my appointment was canceled. They called me day of asking where I was. When I mentioned the text, she again laughed and said right but your appointment is right now. After years, I’ll no longer be returning. Definitely time to reevaluate the office staff because a little kindness goes a long long way.
I’ve been going to Pierpan Dentistry for a while now, and it is a great place. Everyone, from the office staff to assistants and hygienists, is very friendly and competent. Dr. Henry does such an amazingly wonderful job on my teeth during each visit! I highly recommend Pierpan Dentistry if you’re looking for a high-quality dental practice in the area.
I had a wonderful experience as a new patient at Pierpan Dental today! I think my hygienist’s name was Jessica. She was fabulous! Very thorough with the cleaning and explained everything very well. The dentist was also thorough and detail oriented which I appreciated it. I didn’t feel rushed through my appointment, but I also didn’t feel like they were trying to over talk and keep me there longer than I should. Thank you for such a great experience and I can’t wait for my next cleaning appointment!
