Powered by GoogleIf I good give a higher rating I would! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Street and his team. They are all amazing and have been a true blessing to me. I have had a MULTITUDE of dental work and oral surgery. Needless to say I have severe anxiety when it comes to these procedures due to everything I've dealt with in the past. Dr. Street and his staff made me feel so at ease. I no longer fear going to see him hahahaha 😅😅😅 They actually take the time to listen and understand! They treat you like a person and not a number. They are friendly, personable, and most importantly caring. They truly care about the well-being of their patients. I can attest to that as I've experienced them go above and beyond to care for me. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone.
Highly recommended! From my referred initial visit to my surgery yesterday, all staff very professional and polite, and patient. From front office, billing, surgery nurse (I'm sorry I can't remember your name, but you are excellent! I can barely tell there was an IV placed, too), and Dr. Street, everything went like clockwork with excellent service. They gave me a follow up call as well. If need arises again, this is who I'll trust. Thank you to all of you!
Chad himself is great, but his receptionist is just awful and is spreading misinformation. I have to have oral surgery ASAP for an emergency, and my dentist sent a referral to Dr. Street. The receptionist said that he was completely booked until July, and when I asked her input on who else to see, she got rude and recommended the PMC ER??? I asked her if they do oral surgery because I've always heard that regular ERs don't do that, and she went "uhhh, I don't know???" Why suggest that, then?? PMC would have cost me SO much money for an ER visit. That's an insane thing to suggest and she acted like I was just wanting an appointment for attention or something. I ended up making an appointment in Morehead, which is super inconvenient but it's what I had to do.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My son had his wisdom teeth extracted and a bone graft to prepare to get an implant next year. Great communication from the doctor and staff. Clear post-op instructions. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
He's perfectly fine, but the employees at the front desk are rather nasty women. When I had my wisdom teeth removed my junior year of HS, I did have to stop my mother from jumping over the desk and strangling one of them because the blond one was screaming at her because I didn't have another emergency contact. (All we had was each other) Good times with my mother. I miss her. Oh and my family doctor at the time also had a bad experience with the blond woman.
