They were great to get me in last minute and fix a broken tooth asap! Heber was quick and efficient, making sure the numbing took and let me be super OCD with making sure my bite felt right. Then I went back for a cleaning and Ginger did an amazing and thorough job of making sure nothing was left behind and answering all of my questions and concerns. Definitely will be back for another cleaning in six months.
Great experience! They got me in on short notice. Everyone was friendly and professional. The dental hygienist was excellent. I was short on time, and she did an awesome job cleaning my teeth (they feel amazing). 100% will be back!
The wait time was less than 5 minutes which I really appreciate. And no waiting around after my cleaning for the doctor to come in either, everything was done in less than 40 minutes. At my previous office I feel like they didn’t care about being gentle and I was always in pain during regular cleanings, but I experienced little to no pain at all at this office! Staff were friendly and the building is easy to find. Would recommend.
Always had a great experience with general cleanings and everyone’s bedside manner. I felt very comfortable with the cleanings and with setting up appointments over the phone as well. Wait time in office isn’t long! They make things easier too when it comes to paperwork by sending it online to you before you come in which helps me a lot. My partner and I also use them and he’s had great service. PROS- Easy paperwork process Takes a multitude of insurances Bedside manner is amazing Comfortable chairs Prompt procedures CONS- Small parking lot (can get crowded) Older waiting area (but that was fine by me)
My wife and I have both had a wonderful experience at this office every time we come in. Dr. Dirk Strobel is a very competent and knowledgeable dentist. He always takes the time to ask questions, make sure I’m comfortable, and I truly trust him with my care. Today my dental hygienist, Gamalyn, was especially kind—she has the bedside manner that every patient hopes for and really put me at ease. Kristen at the front desk was also so welcoming and even went out of her way to help me enter the clinic’s free raffles! I genuinely love this office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in Rexburg—especially students. They make going to the dentist a positive and comfortable experience!
