I had a very good experience at Stubb Dental Center. From the moment I walked in.The service is truly excellent. every step was handled with professionalism. What impressed me most was how helpful everyone is. They took the time to explain the entire dental implants process step by step, answering all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt confused or unsure about anything. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely caring. They made what could have been a stressful procedure feel comfortable and positive. I highly recommend Stubb Dental Center to anyone looking for top-quality dental care.

Dr. Loveland was amazing! He explained everything and gave me options. Cameron the assistant was fantastic, super nice and made me feel comfortable! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

From the moment I made my very first appointment it was the best experience for me honestly. Kara, Jan, & Sarah were all very kind over the phone & the last girl I spoke to when moving my appointment up by half an hour was Kara, she had the friendliest and bubbliest personality that it was such a relief knowing I'd be going somewhere welcoming starting with the receptionists. When I got there, I met with Maddy who was equally as welcoming & kind, she gave me a thorough tour of the facility & showed me to the room I'd be in where a welcome gift was waiting on the chair for me for choosing their practice which was the sweetest thing. She took some xrays of my back teeth after asking what was going on & was very respectful answering everything I needed then also directed my attention to a beautiful looking menu which is available in both English & Spanish of what's called a complimentary comfort (I can't remember if it said package, my apologies), but it listed several things you can ask to use while getting procedures you'd only wish was offered at your regular dentist. I.e. a blanket if you're cold, neck pillow if the head rest isn't comfortable, laughing gas to calm your nerves, hot towel for a cute little spa feeling, lip balm for obvious reasons, sunglass for the headlight, regular glass for protection, Netflix, I believe it was Pandora for music, & I was able to get a cute little water bottle too, I was so thirsty. I met briefly with Diana who I'll get back to because she helped big time at the end, but the dentist I was paired with was named Dr. Douglas Loveland & he was spectacular with answering all my questions while never talking down to me like some experiences I've had at my previous practice. He's relatable, kind, knowledgeable, & he had a good idea as to why I'm having the issues I'm currently having. We were able to set up my next 2 appointments in March & he gave me a thorough rundown of what will happen as well as what to expect after. He also sent in a prescription to my pharmacy (that I still need to pick up, I struggle), for a special toothpaste because I grind my teeth at night wearing through nearly all the enamel (which they will be getting a special order night guard for me as a result). Back to Diana! She is the lady who helped me with financing & even went over how I could get a discount. She also showed me additional places the Care Credit card I already have can be used if I need additional things. She was incredibly kind as well & very helpful in getting me set up for my upcoming appointments because without her, we've all been there where trying to go through insurance for dental is a nightmare but she did all of it for me right away & my procedures are now affordable. I'm honestly a little disappointed in myself for not going to Stubbs sooner because my mom goes there & loves it so I probably could've prevented some of the damage to my teeth if I'd left my old practice a while back because I just left and never returned due to being constantly disrespected & not having the dentist I liked available during times I was so I just disappeared knowing full well I had a cavity forming. I feel confident in my choice of going here now though & I love the staff, the dentist, and the clean facility. I did meet the hygienist but unfortunately because I didn't interact with her during this visit, I can't recall her name but she was also very friendly when Maddy introduced her so I don't have the feeling at all that anyone will treat me poorly & I am happy to have found a place that will take care of me. One of the gifts I received was a plastic cup with a plastic straw which honestly was incredibly moving to me, (I'm not sure if it's a standard welcome gift but still), because the issue I'm having right now is I can't use metal utensils or straws or anything metallic as they're uncomfortable in my mouth & against my teeth so I've been having to use plastic ones just to eat and drink so I don't think they fully understand how much that meant to me. Thank you everyone. ❤️
