Had my very first visit with Dr. Sugiyama this week. Dr. Charles Sugiyama is a highly detailed dentist, explains things thoroughly, informative about health risks, listens to your concerns, and you both form a dental plan together. Dr. Sugiyama has received multiple dental awards. I found him to be extremely pleasant and humorous as well. Thank you to receptionist Lori for rescheduling me for an earlier appointment due to a cancellation per my request. What more can one ask for?!!!
This was one of the best dentist visit I have experienced. The technician was very caring, kind, and made sure I knew what steps were coming next. She explained dental care very well. I was very impressed with the care the doctor went through to discuss how to keep up my oral health. He was very sincere and thorough. I would highly recommend!
Always a pleasurable experience when visiting Dr. Sugiyama’s office. Friendly and efficient staff. They’ve had frequent changes in recent months with their dental hygienists but always professional and this new gal (sorry I didn’t quite get her name☺️) was no exception. Hope she sticks around for awhile!!
Dr. Sugiyama is a very caring dentist, he took the time to explain what needed to be done and his plan for my dental treatment. His staff is very pleasent and kind. Visiting the dentist can be a stressful experence sometimes but Dr. Sugiyama and his staff put me at ease.
Dr. Sugiyama and his staff are "God send!" After a week of contacting other dentist for assistance with my tooth abscess. I was able to receive an appointment. Lori, his receptionist is personable and friendly; Anna, his hygienist, is professional, friendly and patient; Dr. Sugiyama is quirky in a playful manner. I look forward for my treatment. No longer afraid to see a dentist.
