I went in a couple of weeks ago to get my teeth looked at. They determined they needed a deep cleaning so they need to reach out to my insurance and get back to me. They NEVER did that and when I call, they tell me I have to wait another week+ just to get APPROVAL FROM INSURANCE?? So who knows how long it will actually take for me to get any help. Don’t come here unless you want to be reminding the staff that you exist and need help.
After paying over a thousand dollars for a root canal and a crown, not more than a year out, the crown came off on New Year's Day..Their work is so shoddy and subpar, they left a hole on the top of the crown so a cavity could develop on the remaining stub underneath it. If you want to throw your money away for this kind of shoddy work, if you want your holiday ruined not long after you paid them for a crown, this is the place for you. From my direct experience, if you want quality care from competent dentists, look elsewhere. I regret trusting them with my dental needs.
It's nice walking in to an establishment and being greeted by name. During my visit 4 individuals "treated" me for one reason or another. Each individual was professional, articulate, and caring respectively- with some humor thrown-in... Although it's a nearly 2 hour drive for me to get there- its worth it because everyone knows me and cares for my oral health. Thanks All! Spread the word...
Appointments always being rescheduled. Finally got in for cleaning and the receptionist was rude and hateful. I’ve had root canal, bridge and caps all busted and had to be replaced (the last one they just added cement instead of redoing it correctly)-the nerve pain was excruciating and they didn’t even get me in for 3 days! The retention rate- Never the same dentist/massive rotation! And to top it off-Insurance fraud-billing for services i never received!! Beware, the exterior appears to be a great office but the constant appt changes, different dentists, and insurance discrepancies are terrible. I gave this office so many chances but the blonde receptionist arguing with me over service was the end of the line for me.
In my book they need a 5 or 6 star review they are amazing wonderful staff, very hard working but also sweet staff! Definitely recommend them.
