I got in 15 min early for my appt, then had to fill out paperwork on line that took 30 min. My appt was at 10 at 1038 she told me it took me 30 min to fill out paperwork and now two people were ahead of me I could either wait or reschedule
My name is Justin Holcomb and I received care from Sunnybrook maybe a couple of months ago so this review is LONG overdue. I will be taking my two year old for his first appointment ever at Sunnybrook due to my experience there. Okay onto the review and how each individual had an impact on my experience and care. I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible team at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and truly cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. The customer service here is unmatched. Renae greeted me with such warmth and genuine kindness, helping ease the anxiety I usually feel at the dentist. She made the check-in process smooth and was incredibly patient in answering all of my questions, especially regarding payment options. Dr. T is exceptional—not only in skill but in compassion. He took the time to explain every step of my treatment and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. Matt was incredibly attentive and reassuring during my cleaning and exam. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor turned what could have been a stressful visit into a surprisingly pleasant experience. Tisha also stood out with her professionalism and empathy. She helped walk me through the financial aspects of my care with sensitivity and understanding. It's rare to find someone who balances transparency with compassion the way she does. What impressed me most was how this team approaches care for patients who may be struggling financially or in massive pain. They work with you—not around you—and treat everyone with the same level of respect and dignity, no matter their situation. If you're looking for a dental office that combines top-notch care, prompt service, and heartfelt empathy, look no further. This place—and its people—are truly something special.
very poor service. scheduled my kids appt through a third party and they did not honor the times
The doctor and staff are very friendly and thorough, but 2 out of 3 appointments have taken multiple hours to handle a filling. One appointment took 3 hours before we left because there's only 1 doctor and a FULL office. Just prepare to take the afternoon off work. I don't understand how they schedule people but they're doing too much and not enough at the same time.
