Very pleased with my experience here. After contacting numerous other "emergency" dentists in the area I found myself extremely frustrated. Either they didn't take walk ins (even though I called to verify that they did beforehand) or they were so sketchy with explaining costs (I am cash pay) that I ended up with estimates with over a $1500 range. Called Sunrise and they made room for me within a few hours same day. No additional fees. They also quoted me a price with a $50 range which is more than reasonable. They even had someone cancel so they called me in early. The office is modest but clean and bright (nice to see the patients aren't paying for extravagant decor). Check in was quick and the front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. The hygienist was very friendly and proficient. The Dr. came in within 10 minutes of me getting xrays done and quickly discussed my options. Went ahead with the exam and completed the extraction and I was back in the lobby in under 30 minutes. Extremely efficient and skilled work. Best part is when they handed me the bill it was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Not one fee or add-on. I avoided dentists for a long time but this experience changed that for me. Will be my go to for dental care from now on.
People at Sunrise are just the friendliest they make you feel so comfortable someone like me that has anxiety about going to the dentist the ladies in the dentist himself makes you feel very comfortable
If I could give more than five stars I would ! I had such a great experience at this dental office! I was really anxious going in, but the entire staff was so kind and welcoming. The doctor made me laugh and kept me at ease the whole time — I didn’t even have a chance to feel nervous. Even my blood pressure was lower than usual (which never happens at doctor visits 😂). I truly felt comfortable, cared for, and seen as a person. It was such a refreshing and positive experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who truly makes you feel at home.
I’m 36 years old and this was the most pleasant dental experience in my life. I’ve been to a lot of different places like Avanta to name one, but Sunrise has a way better feel to it than those places. Nicest people and they had Christmas candy at the front desk. My favorite was the ultra high definition camera they used that allowed me to see my teeth really close up 🦷 😁
My tooth broke at 4:45 pm Friday before Labor Day and I saw Sunrise was open Saturdays so I left them a message. They called me first thing Saturday and were able to see me and take care of my tooth. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, definitely one of the dental experiences I’ve had!
