Very nice people. They did a great job explaining my insurance and creating a treatment plan. I will be going back myself and would definitely recommend Sunrise. The office is on the bigger side, plenty of space in the waiting room. Also in my experience the wait time was very reasonable, I think I sat in the waiting room for under 10 minutes.
It was a pretty amazing experience! My Hygienist was so awesome, she has the perfect personality for the job. Very nice and courteous and personable. The Dentist was good too, they explained things and made them very plain. I would definitely recommend them to other friends and family members. An amazing experience! I was instructed to bring my grandmother dentures to the office on January 5th 2026 at 8:30 AM. When I arrived There were two front desk staff. I explained that I was there to drop off my the dentures. One of ladies at the front desk responded with looking at me, frowned her face and stated to me in a RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TONE “we don’t do that here.” The front online staff is supposed to be respectful to people that walk through the door. You’re the first people that we are greeted by. Two days later on that Wednesday, I called the office And I ended up speaking to the lady. I asked her was she the woman over by the wall when I came in that stated “we don’t do that here” she answered yes, I explained to her how she made me feel When I came into the office on that Monday! Her response was, well we don’t do that here. No apologies for being RUDE! With that being said, I am looking for a new dental office for my grandmother! There’s too many dental offices with Pleasant people. She does not need to stay in an office with staff that that is rude because they are having a bad day!!!!!!
Giving two stars because the doctors and hygienists do such a good job but the front office doesn’t know what the hell they’re doing. They give out estimates that are so far off and you won’t know of the price increase until AFTER you started treatment. I went here for pain in a tooth and they proceeded to tell me that I needed three root canals. The lady at the front desk gave me an estimate that was $4100 less than what I was told the cost would be AFTER I already started treatment on one. I called for clarification and was basically told there is nothing they can do and honestly, they didn’t really seem to care so much that they gave me the wrong estimate from the get go, or let me start treatment before notifying me that the first estimate was WILDLY off. I get that they are just estimates, but to be off by $4100, not telling the person until after treatment has already started, and not offering anything to rectify THEIR mistake is beyond evil. This place just wants your money. Either don’t waste your time or go get a second opinion before having any work done. Also, make sure you talk with the front office before starting treatment so everyone is on the same page on terms of cost. Will not be going back to this place after finishing the treatment.
