It all started from the moment I walked in the door to the number one dental office in Surf City! Which of course Surf City Dental! 😋 Kyndal was so nice and helped me right away. She informed me that my in office insurance plan was still active ! In which my full visit was covered today! I was greeted in the hallway by my name, by the assistant Caneel. Then my lovely hygienist , Megan H did amazing !! ♥️♥️ she was very gentle and thorough. Dr. Full was also very sweet and effective 🥳🥳By the way Happy Dental assistant week to Kaleigh, Rosa, Caneel, Cindy and Yessi.
Dr. Parr and his staff are exceptional and have provided my family with wonderful care. I recently cracked a tooth and having never had dental work of this magnitude done previously, was extremely nervous and apprehensive. Dr. Parr himself performed the root canal and crown placement and was assisted by Cindy. .They were both kind, caring, and compassionate assuring me at each step what was occurring and assessing my comfort level. I cannot thank Dr. Parr and his staff enough for the excellent care I received.
Great customer service, so very friendly and professional- from the front desk to the back of the house! Highly recommend. Always accommodating with my scheduling needs! Every dental assistant is a pleasure to connect with and that makes the experience great - been using them for years. The dentist takes time with you, answers questions, doesn’t rush out, and is very personable. Great place!
I’ve been going here a few years now. Last year used my dental insurance, but they have an affordable yearly plan that makes more sense for my needs. I’ve always had a great experience here. All the staff and doctors there are very nice and make you feel welcome from beginning to end. I had a cleaning today during my lunch break (love that they have 12pm openings). Katie was my hygienist and she did a wonderful job. Great personality and talked me through what she was doing the whole time, ensuring my comfort and easing any anxiety I had. Would recommend them to anyone who asks me.
Great place and clean friendly environment. Been several times now and staff is always friendly and no wait time. Dr. Full is amazing! Thanks for not hating the dentist after not going back for over 15 yrs!
