We had to leave our previous dentist due to insurance 😩 We found this dentist through our insurance portal and selected because the location was convenient. They got us is super quick and that was much appreciated! All in all it was a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. It was a little more modern (correct term?) than I’m used to. I’ve had two previous dentists and they were both family dentistries and much smaller. It’ll take a few times to get used to that aspect but definitely still warm and friendly. There was one thing that didn't sit quite right with me. The hygienist had me wear sunglasses to protect my eyes from the light when she laid me back. I was perfectly fine with that. However, the glasses didn’t fit me at all. They rested on my forehead doing nothing for my eyes all the while rubbing uncomfortably on my ears due to lack of fit. I asked if I could take them off because of this. She said no, it’s a policy that I wear them and she made sure to add that she didn’t make the rules. Hmmm 🤔 Help me make this make sense.

Doing that with encouragement and knowledge beyond what you might expect. A friendly and supportive caring for individuals who may or may not always enjoy a dental experience. I've been to a few different dentists over the years, and this was by far my best experience. Everyone was so friendly from the first call to check out. I felt very comfortable, despite being a bit nervous. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable! I'll be a patient for life now.
I am a brand new patient with them and I have never felt so welcomed and understood by a dental office. The staff are so kind and truly take the time to understand your dental wants and needs. Very beautiful office with arcade games in waiting room for the little ones. The procedure rooms that have closing doors was a plus, the sense of privacy is definitely there. I'm simply amazed. I can not wait to continue my dental implants with Sycamore and be able to have that confidence again. Thank you Sycamore for all that you do.
This was my first visit and I'm so glad I checked them out! They go above and beyond to make your visit as comfortable and convenient as possible. I struggle with the xray part and my technician was so patient and sweet! She found creative solutions to help get me through it. They're very thorough in their exams and don't push extra treatments on you. Plus you get a blanket and can pick out what to watch on Netflix!
