It was the best experience possible under the circumstances: a tooth extraction. The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring. The doctor explained everything to me and took great care to be sure all questions were answered before the extraction. Even during the procedure, every effort was made to be sure that I was as comfortable as possible. The doctor and the assistants worked flawlessly together. The post-surgical information was gone over with me twice. Once before the surgery and then again after. I was given a take-home bag with full instructions, and all medications were promptly called in to my pharmacy so that I could get them going asap. This office is a well-oiled machine with kind and caring professionals. I highly recommend them for oral surgery needs.
i was scared to get my wisdom teeth out but synergy was so nice and caring and made me feel safe about all the procedures. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Lilya and the doctor were very nice and helped me throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this place if you are scared to get your wisdom teeth out.
I was a patient at this oral surgery dental practice, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience.I had been in terrible pain for a long time and was very afraid to do any procedure because of past experiences.When I finally realized I had to move forward, the entire team made me feel comfortable and safe from the very beginning. The surgery went amazingly well - I didn’t even need any pain medication afterward, and everything healed perfectly.I was shocked by how smooth and painless the whole process was. The doctor is extremely professional,gentle,and truly knows what he’s doing. I’m so grateful for this experience and highly recommend this practice to anyone who is scared or dealing with pain.You’ll be in great hands
