They will schedule you months out and then tell you last minute that they don’t take your insurance. Such an absolute waste of time.
Don't know why they make appointments. I waited 50 minutes in the waiting room. No one ever advised they were running behind, I finally went to the front desk, receptionist said they were running behind. Not once did anyone advise or give option to reschedule. I basically was held hostage. No people skills, no concern about the patients schedule only hers. Dated office, piece of copy paper on the TV that says "out of order" its apparent they take no pride in their office, comfort for patients. I walked out and should "Bill" them for the 35 minute drive, 1hr. Wait and 35min drive home.... Total waste of a morning..
