Powered by GoogleDO NOT RECOMMEND. Staff is extremely rude and so, so, so unhelpful. Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Bobbitt was VERY unwelcoming. Came in, said "give me your left arm," stuck me with the IV and I was out. Developed an infection 3 weeks after the surgery. Called and expressed my concern about it and I was repeatedly asked if I had been rinsing with the syringe, even after answering yes every single time. Called again the next morning and asked for an antibiotic but "it's been a long time and we aren't sure what we can do for you." Area is swollen, painful, red, and outside of my mouth is swollen yet they cannot prescribe an antibiotic. Extremely disappointed with my experience and do not recommend whatsoever.
I’ve had plenty of teeth pulled and I know when I’m numb enough. I could tell that I wasn’t and told him that and he really had the nerve to say “yes you are” oh right, I forgot, you’re me so you know what and how I’m feeling! Just like the last time I went he was super aggressive and ignored me saying ow the entire time and made my 8 year old son cry from hearing me! (normal dentists will stop and numb you more) He just wants you in and out, he doesn’t care about anything else. He’s a huge jerk so when you see these one star ratings, believe it! I will not go back a 3rd time, shame on me for trying a 2nd time to begin with. The ladies in the office are super sweet but yeah, him? Not so much.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Bobbitt and his staff from the very first phone call to schedule to the courtesy follow up phone call the day after my oral surgery for a broken tooth extraction. The staff from registration, the nursing staff and Dr Bobbitt were so kind, gentle and reassuring, and they got me on their schedule within a week of my original referral from my local dentist. I wish I was better with names, because the individuals that I directly spoke to deserve their own recognition. I cannot say enough kind words, but I have to say THANK YOU all so much!!!
Horrible experience. He was rude and unprofessional. I woke up while being under and was told I probably couldn’t handle the anesthesia meds because I used to be an addict. My mom and I were both appalled. I asked why he was being so rude to me and he said he was sick of answering the same questions. Clearly has a stigma against addicts in recovery!
After being on Prolia for osteoporosis for 2 years I began losing teeth. I was told there was not enough bone for implants, my only option was dentures. I chose Dr Bobbitt because I had been there many years ago and was happy with him. I heard the stories but stuck to my guns. His staff was so very nice and Dr Bobbitt was very pleasant! Today was the day of surgery. I’ve been home 9 hours and really I felt good all day long; the surgery was quick and I have no complaints and would not hesitate to refer anyone to him.
