Dr Collier and his staff have always been amazing. Our family has been going to his practice for ten years. Never been disappointed with the level of care
Make sure you know your patient and their challenges. For instance if you have client with disability or any chronical problems; make sure you as The Dentist pay close attention to your bedside manners and take in accountability and responsibility your approach towards the client or patient especially if that person made aware of handicaps ahead time. For the past two visits, the things I mentioned above was ignored. The Dentist along with the staff; Make sure you remain professional and respectful at all times with the patient; take into Account what you have be given prior knowledge of, or belittle someone when you (Dentist) did not take time or make time to know your patient and their challenges.
My husband and I both had a wonderful experience with this staff and doctor. They were friendly and knowledgeable. We have found our dentist home.
This was my first visit and I absolutely loved everything! Which is strange to say about a dentist. I hadn’t been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time, and I was met with absolutely no judgement whatsoever. My hygienist was very thorough and made me feel comfortable! Easily the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr. Collier was very kind and knowledgeable, and was able to come up with a plan to get my teeth back into the best shape, and was quoted a very reasonable out of pocket price for some of the things that I am wanting to get done. I 10/10 will be back!
My family and I appreciate and value Dr. Collier and all his staff. Every visit we have ever had, any concern we have brought to him and his staff has been respectfully addressed and promptly handled. Outside of regular cleanings I had been referred to his office after experiencing some dental trauma and I could not imagine anyone else taking care of myself or my family; anything his office doesn't handle, I am directed with reassurance where to go with all questions and concerns addressed. The BEST in Columbus.
