i haven't been to the office yet but had the pleasure to speak with Carmen who scheduled the appointment. What a true delight! She was friendly, professional and was wonderful at explaining the specifics to the first appointment. She certainly does her job very well!
I was supposed to get all my teeth pulled. I got my teeth pulled but for some reason they decided to leave one. So now I have to take even longer waiting on dentures because they didn't do the job the right way. The first time. The dentist was very rude because I was feeling uncomfortable about the gas. It was giving me an anxiety attack and he started giving me an attitude about it. I was finally able to do The surgery by anesthesia Aunt yet couldn't finish the job the first time. Not happy at all. The rest of the staff was very nice and very welcoming.
If I could give a 0 I would give it. They are bad. The people in the reception are really bad. I had went in the office since I had an appointment and my son started shocking as soon as they called my name and when he finally stopped shocking he started crying because he was scared. So the lady in the receptionist started complains and saying that “ if you can’t control that baby you have to leave the lobby” I walked out and that’s when my mom told me that he was shocking. I got mad because they were being rude. Telling me to leave if he didn’t calm down. Then she proceeded to say that if I needed that in Spanish. And she grabbed someone to translate. That’s when I had enough I just started talking back. I grabbed my kids and my mom and we left. Do not give this people money if they don’t deserve it please is not worth it give money to people who actually need it.
I went here for a consultation for my daughter to have her wisdom teeth removed. There was an issue with my insurance and instead of having the conversation with me in private, they had the conversation with me in front of the ENTIRE lobby that was full of patients. The words "insurance fraud" were even thrown out by Jenny. All of this in front of the lobby instead of having me come to the desk were patients check out, which is a more private experience. Embarrassed is an understatement! This location lacks professionalism and tact. I would NEVER go back!
I had my wisdom teeth removed July 1. Dr.kalsow did great. I am 72 hours later with no pain and so far no complications. If it was not for some discomfort at night i would think he did not remove any teeth.Great doctor and assistants. Definitely recommend them. Waters ave office polite in general.
