I am a Dental Assisting student and Team Dental was kind enough to allow me to job shadow in their office! They were incredibly kind and so patient and supportive. I loved being able to see everything they did and ask questions whenever I needed. A special thank you to Brandi for being so amazing and letting me follow her around!
This dental office is genuinely one of the best in Joplin. I have anxiety about going to the dentist and Dr. Lemus and his team genuinely ease the anxiety. I recently went back to them after trying a new dentist (insurance/financial reasons) and not having a good experience with the new dentist. Insurance didn’t stop me from going back. They’re able to work with you, via in-house payment plans, etc.
Dr. Lemus and his entire staff are wonderful. Delfina is great at explaining everything to my wife in spanish. Joyce is fantastic scheduling, ensuring we understand the treatment plan, and filing the insurance claims. So thankful Dr. Ali referred us to Team Dental.
Very competent, kind and friendly people. I have been a patient since 2020. I had a painful broken tooth and could not find a dentist in the area to see me with the covid epidemic going on. Called their office and I now have been a patient for over 5 years!
Dr. Lemus and his team are great, I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time but after my experience here I will be regularly going again. Thanks so much see you next time.
