So I went in to get a tooth pulled. Told doctor I was getting hybrid dentures. I was set up with clearchoice and getting it done soon. And he said no that he knows someone who does that. So I checked it out and being hrs closer I went for it trusting Dr Wallace. After surgery a different doctor put in dentures. Little did i know later terence hill doctor Wallace took over. I guess he referred us so he thought he was entitled to a piece of the pie. He put my wife in hospital twice almost killed her the second time. By grinding a gluing in our mouths. Using steel strips to hold broken dentures together. Little did i know he had no experience in hybrid dentures. His assistants called us ginny pigs. Which we thought they were joking around. When a denture breaks it needs to be completely replaced.He glued mine seven times and broke every time before I got home. You can't glue something that takes 60lbs of pressure. We then refused to see Dr Wallace.Then we started going to the dentist all the other clients go to. He said it would have never happened if we saw him. We see him now and thank the lord. My wife is still having problems the primary dr said it is ptsd because of all the trauma she went through from Dr Wallace. My wife barely made it to the hospital in time. She spent a week in hospital being intubated. My wife also had huge soars in her mouth and no bottom teeth for three months and he did nothing. The head manager said Dr Wallace went above and beyond. I hold her responsible And they basically stole the 25 thousand from us. She changed the charges to hourly.Well that doesn't even cover one hospital bill. She refused to even refund us half of the money. Stay away from Terence Hill Dental and especially dr Wallace he is only out for themselves. Not even an apology to my wife for all that they caused.Plus it's a dirty unorganized mess. Should be ashamed of themselves. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Came for my 6 month check up everyone is so friendly. My hygienist Melissa is awesome and so thorough my teeth are so clean. Dr touchstone was great. gave me a great check up. I highly recommend Them for all your dental needs. I actually enjoy going to the dentist. And I know a lot of people can’t say that. But they are great folks over there
I love going to this office and the amount of time being spend on patient dental care. They are always so nice and friendly, making sure you are comfortable during your visit. Katy is the best Dental Hygienist and my teeth never felt so clean, and Dr. Wallace is so laid back; he makes sure you are informed of what he is doing before he does it. They are so awesome!🥰
Today I went to the Purvis Campus and saw Dr. Fast. As I entered the facility, I was welcomed and greeted with such great people that even though they were wearing masks you could tell that they were all around happy. As I went to the receptionist to fill out paperwork, she was absolutely AMAZING and so helpful. When it was time to go back Kristen Bunch was my Dental Hygienist and let me tell you she was absolutely amazing. She was quick and very thorough. She treated me as if I was her own family and made me feel a lot better about myself regarding what my situation is going on at the moment. After cleaning, x-rays, some laughs, and great conversation, Dr. Fast came in and did his exam. He introduced himself and had such a great bedside manner that made me feel comfortable. He was very thorough and very straightforward and very helpful. He gave me such a relief. After everything was said and done Kristen worked up a treatment plan for me and we went back to the front. After checking out with the receptionist, she gave me a thorough breakdown of what I would have to pay out of pocket after insurance which in my opinion was an absolutely amazing price and the fact as well is that they offer a payment plan on certain procedures and I believe it’s a fair deal. I can’t wait to go back and start my bridge process to get my smile back! All in all this office and staff deserve more than 5 Stars. Everything was clean, sanitized, and just all around a welcoming safe environment.
My hygienist,Jeannie( Thanks Jeannie!!) was awesome! I really HATE going to dentist ( due to Very sensitive teeth& gums + bad experiences)but she was very caring & attentive to my needs. Made it a good experience ( as much as going to dentist can be!🙃) Dr.Burke was great too ! I’ll definitely be making This My dentist from now on!! Thanks Again!! Keep up great work!
