My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed in North Carolina, where we live, a few weeks before her high school graduation. After graduation we flew out to Jackson Hole where we dropped her off to work for the summer. However, the day she arrived, her jaw started swelling, and she had pus coming out of her incisions. We immediately called Teton Oral surgery and explained the situation. The secretary was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to get us in the next morning. We met with the oral surgeon and he removed the pus and prescribed her a strong antibiotic. He didn’t charge for this service as they considered it a follow up to her surgery, even though they were not the ones who actually did the surgery! This was very, very comforting for a mom who was leaving her daughter 2000 miles away from home and wanted to make sure that she was healthy and safe. My daughter was able to get the medicine she needed and the infection disappeared. We are so grateful for this office, their staff, and the surgeon!
My 15YO son had his wisdom teeth removed this week. Dr Glenn, and his entire staff, worked hard to make him comfortable and answer all of our questions. We would definitely return for any future needs.
I highly recommend Dr Sterns and his staff! They were friendly and accommodating, and I experienced no pain after having 3 wisdom teeth removed. They were thorough and put me more at ease, even though I was super nervous about the operation. I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff! Kate was also amazing! This whole experience was wonderful - despite all the horror stories you hear about getting your wisdom teeth out - and it had everything to do with this amazing and highly-trained staff!
Getting all 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Glenn was a more streamlined experience than getting a cleaning at the dentist. It took less than 30 minutes and there was no swelling after the procedure. Would highly recommend
Wonderful staff and office. My 6 year old son had an extra tooth growing in between his two permanent teeth in the palate still, and Dr Glenn was able to extract it. I felt like they all (Kate at the front desk, the assistants and the dr) genuinely cared about my little guy and did everything they could to help him feel comfortable. The 6 hour round trip was absolutely worth it and we will be back for any future oral surgeon needs!
