We have been coming to Taverbaugh for several years now and are always happy with the service. My daughter has braces and her teeth are looking beautiful. Carlos does an excellent job! The staff are friendly, professional, and both of my kids feel very comfortable when going to their visits. They go above and beyond and really care about their patients.
I’ll like to give my experience a 10/10!!! The moment I walked in I felt relieved, I knew my expectations would be met. I loved the questionnaire it made me feel seen. Dr. Teverbaugh and her team is amazing. They make sure your voice is heard and they go over and beyond to make sure you feel and look great. I absolutely love it here and I’m definitely here to stay :) Thank you again
Dr. Teverbaugh and all the staff were professional, efficient and the culture in the office was positive and friendly. This was my first appointment with them and each person gave a brief explanation of what they were doing and why. The office was attractive and I appreciated having my own exam room versus a partial wall between patients. I give the experience an A+.

They truly treated me like family and took extra time to get to know me as a person, which I really appreciated. Only leaving 1 star because I can't leave 0, even though I would rate this place -10. I would advise people to STAY AWAY from this dental office based on my family’s experience. My parents first found them at a fair where they were advertising a free initial consultation. My mom went in good faith, and a year later she received a notice saying she had been sent to collections for not paying that “free” visit. When she called to ask why, they told her they would “look into it,” and then said they decided to run her insurance for the visit without her authorization and that she would still owe the remaining balance. My dad also had a very negative experience. He asked for an estimate and was told it would be around $400, but after the work was done he ended up being charged over $1,000. Since then, getting clear answers about what is owed and why has been extremely frustrating. To make things worse, when my dad tried to address the billing issues, we received an email that felt very unprofessional and made accusations about his behavior that do not match what actually happened. The dentist was not even present during most of the conversations, yet the email was written as if she personally witnessed everything, saying lies about how my father was threatening them and her staff didn't feel safe. I also want to add that several friends of our family have had similar experiences with inappropriate and confusing billing at this office, which makes this feel like an ongoing issue and not a one-time mistake. Overall, this office has felt misleading, disorganized, and unfair with billing. I’m leaving this review so others can be careful and avoid going through the same stress. Plenty of better dentists out there.
