I had a great experience at Buckhead oral surgery today. The office was very clean, easy to find, and parking was simple. The front desk receptionist was welcoming, kind, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. The consultation was smooth, and the doctor was extremely educational—she took her time explaining the procedure and made sure I understood everything. Ms. Jennifer was amazing, and the coordinator was also very sweet and professional. The entire team did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Buckhead oral surgery and will definitely be returning. Thank yall so much and GOD BLESS.
I had an amazing experience getting my wisdom teeth extracted here. Leading up to my appointment, I was contacted here and there to prepare for my consultation and the surgery. I was given the opportunity to ask questions frequently, which I appreciated because I was pretty nervous about the procedure. The preparations, reassurance from staff, and care I received all made me feel extremely comfortable by the time I was in-office sitting in the chair. I had a bit of a personal obstacle leading up to my appointment which led to me calling a few times prior, but the staff really worked with me and tried to be as accommodating as possible. I felt that I mattered as a patient and they were willing to do whatever it took to make my experience a great one. Everyone I encountered via phone and in-person was just stellar, especially one of the staff members at my appointment who spoke to me while taking my blood pressure and inserting the IV. She talked to me about my personal interests (and her love of giraffes) and calmed me before my procedure. I wish I caught her name, but she was very friendly and relatable. Also, I absolutely loved the diversity within the office. Overall, an 11/10 experience here. I’ll be returning to get further work done, and I have no doubt that next time will run as smoothly as this time. Thank you all, and happy holidays! ❤️
Dr. Okhiria and her staff are the best. I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled immediately due to an infection and everyone was kind and patient with me. Dr. Okhiria's bedside manner and explanations were through and excellent. She made what can definitely be an unpleasant experience a lot better and easier. I had a follow up as well and Dr. Okhiria was again excellent. If you are in the position to require oral surgery and certainly for wisdom teeth extraction, I highly recommend Dr. Okhiria!!
