Completely different from what I had experienced at another periodontist in Hagerstown. Everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and tried to calm my dental anxiety. No one there is judgmental. This was only my first apt. I was so scared, I completely forgot the young periodontist name, but he needs to be mentioned. He and his assistant, were wonderful. Didnt rush the appointment, answered all questions, again no judgment from them, took the time to make sure I understood what happening. I have white coat syndrome bad (shaking and holding my breath bad) and you could tell they really tried to ease my fears, which I truly appreciate.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Bye. He was very personable and genuinely took the time to get to know me, which immediately put me at ease. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and is dedicated to finding real solutions to the issues we’re having. He explained everything thoroughly, was very informative, and made me feel comfortable even during a difficult appointment. The staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming.. it truly felt like home. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the whole office—highly recommend!
