It was my first time there and I will be back! I’ve been looking for a dentist for a while and came here because I needed a crown and Dr. Jackson specializes in them. From the moment I walked in, until check out it was a great atmosphere, great staff and the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I won’t go anywhere else.
I was referred to Dr. Jackson and his team by my dentist Dr. Steve. I have had issues with my teeth for a long time and I have been really scared to have work done on my mouth. Dr. Jackson, Brittany and Stacy from my very first consultation were very nice to me and made me feel comfortable. One of the best things about my experience is that I was able to pay installments and once I paid in full, I was able to book my appointment.The day of my surgery, I had an implant put in, I was so nervous. Dr. Jackson explained everything to me detail by detail. The process didn't take as long as I thought and it wasn't as painful as I'd imagine. I am grateful for this team. Thank you Dr. Jackson. And shout out to Brittany who was a big part of my process, she communicated with me so many times, taking my payments, scheduling me and rescheduling helping me get to my end goal. I love this place!!
I had my first visit with Dr. Mahairi, yesterday. His numbing technique was the best I have ever experience. He had to do considerable work. Today I am pain free. His staff was very attentive and kind.
Dr. Jackson is extremely good at what he does, you can tell right away from the first 5 minutes in the first visit. I like that he took to time to listen to my long and meandering dental story and spent extra time making sure we figured out the solution to my problems. If you are shopping around, you've found the right place.
Got me in while in some pain asap found the issue very quickly and was able to set up treatment the following morning. Everyone was super nice and very comforting! The staff is awesome you feel like you are family. The dental hygienist is amazing my teeth feel super clean and our chats are always fun. I have had horrible experiences over the years with dentists and I am very happy to find an amazing office and Dr Jackson is the best.
