I can start by saying you will be seen immediately.. so if you need a quick fix they are there. There is a lot of fast talking going on. It's not really any good chair side manner. It's more of a chop shop, get you in and out fast like it's a race. And they say "oh everything went fine with the extractions" my son said he woke up during the procedure. That was not mentioned to me. Aftercare instructions are said like you are buying a car at an auction 😂 the assistant was very nice and grounded! But everybody else seems to have lost the passion of dentistry.
I had a great experience at this office getting a molar and 2 broken teeth extracted! The entire crew were fast, kind and efficient. Dr. Eltejaye gave me antibiotics at consultation on a Friday, had them out Monday before noon. Highly recommend this dentist!
My 10yr old twins were having multiple teeth extracted and the team here went above and beyond to made the process so painless for me, in terms of scheduling both at the same time and accommodating our arrival. Dr. Ahmad and Julian were so kind to my kids and answered all their questions during our consultation visit, making them feel comfortable about having the procedure (a miracle if you asked me). On extraction day, Jasyah & Julian, Dana & Kevin and Dr Ahmad took great care of the girls from the moment we arrived. They eased their anxiety about the process, by telling them step by step what to expect, and by making them laugh. As a parent, i felt so confident that my children were well taken care of, and I was given clear instructions on how to care for them when we got home. I am grateful for everyone at The Christiana Center for Oral Surgery & Dental Implants, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Went there for a consultation, everything went well, doctor was professional by explaining everything, i was told to leave cause the financial advisor is busy, she’ll call when she can. Never heard back from them, got busy & had to travel for work. Called back 4 months later, i was told i got 90$ from previous visit but we still gotta do another consultation cause its been That long. Then i got a bill my mail that was 273$ which is way more than i was told. So this place is billing me for something that needs to get done again cause they just forgot about the whole first consultation, then billed me when i called to check on whats going on.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience yesterday!!! I was brought in as an Emergency case from another dentist after an Attempted Tooth extraction that failed, and given an immediate appointment with Dr. Mike. I arrived in a traumatic state and in excruciating pain. Dr. Mike, Ivy, and Dana were able to not only calm me down physically and mentally, but also proceeded with care, Kindness, and professionalism. I knew I was in good hands. The extraction went well and I am now recovering. Thank you Dr. Mike, Ivy, and Dana. You really are the best! I'll be back for my implant soon!
