The Dental ER is great! My wife has been a patient of Dr. Dave’s for many years and has always been well cared for. I switched to the Dental ER, the staff is friendly and helpful. I am glad I made the change to Dr. Dave and his team.
My boyfriend and I had the worst experience at the dental ER. I don’t think we’ve ever been treated so disrespectfully in our lives by a healthcare professional and the team. It seemed as if they were just trying to make their money and get us out the door as quickly as possible. The Doctor didn’t even give us the time of day. He kept over talking us when we were trying to voice our reasoning for coming in. His nurse Angie was the only one who seemed to help when I called back to talk about the awful experience we had. We went to the dental ER as our last resort as the pain was unbearable. It was also Christmas weekend so my regular dentist wasn’t open. Thinking just maybe this person could help. He had already been on antibiotics for months but the wrong one doctor had said. He did proscribe me the antibiotics that he needed then sent us out the door. This was one of the same antibiotics he was previously taking, which made him sick. He would have known that if he had just listened. Overall it was just a terrible experience and wouldn’t not recommend going there for care.
Highly recommend The Dental ER! The clinic put my fears at ease and were so kind. The staff was empathetic regarding my severe fear of dentists. I shared with the staff what I had been told at a different dental office in the past. Thankfully I learned from Dr. Dave I don’t need full dentures as I was told previously. The Dental ER staff was very informative, positive, and pleasant. I actually look forward to my next dental appt with Dr. Dave! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I can't say enough about The Dental ER. They are all around AMAZING. Going to the dentist is something most people dread doing but they make you feel welcome, comfortable, and make the whole experience great. They are easy to work with and very accommodating. Anyone looking for a change CALL THEM. Angie works great with your schedule to make things happen and Dr. Allen....I can't say enough about him. He does wonders and he can do it all. Thank you ALL for everything you have done. If there were more than 5 stars...you would get it.
I have always been terrified of dentists and previously have always been ashamed of the condition of my teeth due to years of an ED and Mental health issues. I didn't feel judged here though, I felt the staff was genuinely concerned and wanted to take care of me.I felt the price was fair and the establishment was very clean. I will be making more appointments soon to prevent any more emergencies in the future.
