The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They take the time to explain everything and throughly. The Dr and the rest of the staff did a great job with my daughter and keeping her as calm and comfortable as possible during her procedure.
All services were performed professionally.! I've had teeth cleaning and also some teeth extractions. And everything went very well and was explained to me as we went with X. Rays and photos.! Once I had an emergency on a Sunday. And I called to leave a message and lo and behold, I got a return call from the dentist just getting off of the Golf course. And she had me come in, and she helped me with the issue that I had. I will never forget that. And I have the utmost respect for everyone in the elk point.Dentistry office!
They were very nice polite, Very professional in what they do. They are very informative about what is going on with your teeth I was a little nervous bit they calmed that feeling for me as well. Very clean establishment I am very impressed.
I am a nervous person with anxiety. But my experience here was very pleasant. They ladies let me know everything and answered all my questions before starting and during my appointment that put me at ease. They continued do ask how I was doing during my visit. Very friendly. They did an amazing job.
Staff were all so friendly! I’m usually very nervous at the dentist from prior issues but they made me feel very comfortable. We set up a treatment plan which is great so I know what to expect for my next visits!
