From start to finish, you can tell as soon as you walk through the door that you’re gonna be met with professionalism. The place was clean, fresh and organized. The front desk staff greeted you by name and everyone seemed to actually care. That’s a first for me in a long, long time. From the x-ray technician all the way up to the dentist herself, I felt like I was actually important and not just a fly on the wall or another number to be processed. I am thankful for this place and genuinely appreciative.
I’m usually very nervous about dental visits, but this office made me feel completely at ease. The dentist Dr Valentini was gentle, caring, and took time to explain everything. The staff is amazing, and the environment is clean and welcoming. Best dental experience I’ve had!❤️
A patient with severe anxiety... I let Mandy know and instead of forcing anything she met me on my level and asked " What can I do to make you more comfortable?" This by far has been the best experience I've encounter with a dentist office, from admin to dental hygienist. My phobia may be on the path to healing!
My appointment was for 1pm and did have to wait. One of the Dental assistants brought me to an exam room. She was very professional & courtesy in performing her duties. They took blood pressure reading & x-rays of my teeth. Then they took me to the room for my cleaning. The Dental technician for cleaning my teeth explained what she was going to do and also the results from the x-rays. My prognosis was not good, but the Dentist address each issue and a plan to fix my teeth. The technician was very good in cleaning my teeth and only felt a little discomfort. Overall I very satisfied with the service and treatment I received. I definitely would recommend this dental facility if you want a great team to maintain your teeth in good confition?
The Staff has demonstrated both professionalism and caring during my four visits to the Houston office. I have had two implants completed, requiring 4-6 visits. In my opinion the work completed was superb and the staff highly competent.
