Dr. Robinson is the best oral dental surgeon hands down. I had two implants done with him and the care was top-tier from the first consultation to the follow-up calls after I got home. He took extra time to answer all my questions, explain insurance/financial details, and make sure I understood at-home care. The front desk and entire staff were wonderful, and scheduling follow-ups was seamless. I HATE dental pain, and Dr. Robinson made sure I stayed comfortable. I’m beyond satisfied with my implants and crowns and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Robinson and his entire staff provide excellent care and attention. Oral surgery and extensive dental work are not things we look forward to, and Dr. Robinson and his team provided the caring competence that put me at ease. From the front staff to the dental assistants, I was immediately comforted by their attention to detail and patience with all my questions. Dr. Robinson is simply the best and provides highly skilled medical care with excellent "chair side" manner and attention. He provided thorough explanations every step of the way and was comitted to my understanding his recommendations so I could make informed decisions. I recommend Dr. Robinson and his practice with the highest possible praise.

I am leaving this review so other patients can make informed decisions, because the way this office handles insurance review, pricing transparency, and upselling creates serious risk for patients. I was referred here for an evaluation and imaging. Before anything was done, I was told the office would review my insurance and advise me on coverage. That statement matters. It implies that someone will actually look at the policy, identify obvious limitations, and flag potential noncoverage before services are ordered. That did not happen. What did happen was that care moved forward quickly, recommendations were made, and the visit progressed as if coverage was assumed. There was no clear written explanation of coverage risk, no upfront discussion of likely denial, and no opportunity to make an informed financial decision. Payment was presented as a given. When the card machine comes out mid visit, the patient does not have meaningful leverage or clarity. That is not informed consent. That is pressure. Afterward, the claim was denied under standard frequency limitations. This was not some obscure technicality. It was a predictable denial that anyone familiar with dental insurance should recognize immediately. Being told after the fact that insurance is ultimately the patient’s responsibility does not excuse failing to provide clear information before services are rendered. Responsibility without transparency is not fair dealing. The upselling during the visit compounded the issue. Recommendations were framed as routine and time sensitive, without parallel discussion of cost exposure or coverage likelihood. It felt less like a healthcare encounter and more like a sales process, where urgency is used to move things along before the patient has full information. I should not feel like I am buying a car when I am sitting in a dental chair. When I attempted to get clarification afterward, the experience worsened. Customer service was unhelpful and evasive. Written questions were not directly answered. Accessibility concerns went unanswered entirely. There was no clear ownership of the issue and no urgency to resolve it. I had to chase basic information that should have been provided upfront. I ultimately pursued a formal appeal with the insurer, which was denied. That outcome does not change the core problem. The problem is how this office presents insurance review and pricing. Saying you will check insurance while leaving the patient exposed to foreseeable denials is misleading in practice, even if it is defensible on paper. Most patients will not fight this. They will pay, feel frustrated, and move on. That silence allows these practices to continue. I am not writing this out of confusion or misunderstanding. I am writing it because the lack of transparency is real, and patients deserve to know exactly what they are walking into. If you choose to come here, be extremely careful. Ask for written confirmation of coverage risk before agreeing to anything. Do not assume that “we will check your insurance” means what it sounds like. Get clarity first, because once the services are done, the financial risk is entirely yours. I will not be returning.

I had an appointment with Dr. Robinson yesterday to have my lower wisdom teeth extracted, and I had an excellent experience. Dr. Robinson and his entire team were incredibly welcoming, professional, and supportive throughout my visit. Before the surgery, Dr. Robinson took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answering all of my questions and putting my mind at ease. His attentiveness truly helped me feel comfortable and confident going into the surgery. During the extraction, I was naturally nervous and anxious, especially with all the tools and the three staff members in the room assisting Dr. Robinson. However, Jayla (I believe that was her name) and another staff member who held my chin were so kind and supportive. They reassured me that everything was going smoothly and that I was doing fine, which I really appreciated, as this was my first tooth extraction. Dr. Robinson even suggested taking a short break after the first tooth was removed, which helped me feel more at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Robinson and his entire team. Everyone was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, and they made the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. Thank you, Dr. Robinson, for such exceptional care!

This review is long overdue. I had a procedure last year at the District Center and from the very beginning, the professionalism, care, and attention provided by Dr. Robinson and his team was exceptional. Dr. Robinson is truly one of the best medical professionals I’ve encountered. I highly recommend him and his staff for their exceptional service and dedication.
