Absolutely do not recommend Dr. Selvaraj or this practice for pediatric work! Our 3-year-old needed an abscessed tooth extracted. His pediatric dentist recommended this practice. The people at the call center, the receptionists, and the hygienist/ tech were all absolutely lovely! Then Dr. Selvaraj walked in. We briefly discussed the problem and he said we could either leave the infected tooth or remove it. I said we wanted it removed. He flatly asked, "how do you want to do that?" As if we were the medical professionals capable of resolving this issue and we were wasting his time. Pushing forward, feeling as there was no other option, we planned to have the tooth extracted at a local hospital under full anesthesia. As Dr. Selvaraj walked out the door I asked if they would be taking x-rays. Without turning to look at me he waved his hand over his shoulder and said "we don't want to expose him to..." and left the room without finishing his sentence. We then watched him be similarly dismissive to the staff who was completing the check-out procedures that he had not fully filled out. We left with the understanding that they would reach out to us to schedule the surgery. We ended up seeking treatment elsewhere and I am glad we did because it took them almost 3 weeks to reach out.
Had my wisdom teeth extracted here and just have to say my experience was top tier from beginning to end; from a warm welcome at reception, the helpfulness of the clinical staff, and finally the kindness and expertise of Dr. Kim! Dr. Kim made my wisdom teeth extractions stressfree and dare I say painfree as well. He is truly a top oral surgeon in the area and I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone!
Dr.Kim and the entire office and staff were absolutely amazing they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed. The office was bright,friendly,and spotless. If I ever need any dental surgery in the future this is will be my number one choice. Thank you again Dr.Kim and staff.
The entire office from front desk, to dental assistants/techs and Dr. Stanhope were so kind. I am very happy about my wisdom teeth removal here. Every step was very pleasant and the office coordinators were responsive when I called back with questions about receipts for my HSA reimbursement. Thanks so much for my care!
My Mom called and went everywhere to have one tooth removed after a failed crown. Difficult finding a provider who accepted her dental insurance. We Finally found this office. Best decision ever. Friendly staff. Doctor was very professionally. Out of pocket price was fair. Highly recommend.
