Katlyn was very helpful getting my son set up to see Dr. Alexander. We had a short check in & only a moment to wait. The office was very clean and quiet. The procedure and after care were explained to our satisfaction, and Dr. Alexander called to check on him that evening. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Everyone was very professional, polite, & efficient. The same day consult really streamlined the process.

I find that Dr. Clay Thames and his staff too be very professional and very caring. If you lead in a positive way your team will follow. I appreciate their willingness to listen to their patients’ concerns and not rush through the visit. Their kindness and professionalism is much appreciated be it from the front desk to the back office. I had a very traumatic experience, with my mouth, recently. Dr. Clay and his entire team were a tremendous help. I ask the Lord to bless them with His mercy and His grace.🙏🏽
