I had a great experience here! The nurse that helped me was kind, warm, knowledgeable and we connected as she prepared me for surgery. Dr. Koshgerian has a great bedside manner and was very calming throughout my procedure, keeping me updated and informed throughout. He texted later in the evening to check on me and I was able to ask him a question on my recovery. Everything looks great and I’m onto a speedy, uneventful recovery. The women that run the front office are awesome too!
Dr. Shelton, Heather and team were fantastic from start to finish! From my initial call with Heather, I could tell they really care about their patients. She took the time to explain the process, what to ask my insurance to ensure I'm covered, and answer all my questions with patience and kindness. I never felt rushed, which is important when trying to understand the process. Each interaction with staff was pleasant and friendly. Everyone is welcoming, compassionate and helpful. Dr. Shelton was kind, informative, takes time to explain things and did a wonderful job with my wisdom tooth extraction. They entire team is friendly, is such a well-oiled machine and treat every client with the utmost care and respect. HIGHLY recommend this caring and professional team for any of your oral surgery needs!!
Have you ever been to a place, or had an experience that was beyond exceptional that you couldn’t stop blabbering about it? Well, this place was that for me. From the day of my consult to even AFTER my procedure, my experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment you arrive to your appointment, the staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable; you walk out of there feeling like every minute of your time was valued. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and I couldn’t applaud/thank Dr. Koshgerian and his staff enough for their exceptional work. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jonathan Shelton. After developing an infection around an implant more than a year after it was placed, he got me in quickly, evaluated the issue, and scheduled exploratory surgery within two weeks. He stood fully behind his work and handled everything at no additional cost, which says a lot about his integrity and commitment to patient care. He was thorough, reassuring, and genuinely caring throughout the process. I highly recommend him.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this oral surgery office. I came in needing an extraction and implant because of an old root canal, and from the very first consultation, I felt completely cared for. I was still pregnant at the time, and Dr. Shelton and the staff were incredibly gentle, understanding, and thoughtful about my situation. They never rushed me, explained everything clearly, and helped me decide to schedule the surgery after giving birth. They even took the time to educate me on what to expect if I’d be breastfeeding or arranging childcare since I’d be under anesthesia, something I truly appreciated as a soon-to-be mom. When surgery day finally came, it was unbelievably quick and painless. I felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely supported. The follow-up visits were just as smooth and so well organized. They send informational videos before each visit so you know exactly what’s happening at every step, which made the whole process feel less intimidating. What stood out most was the kindness and insightfulness of Dr. Shelton and staff. They treated me with such gentleness and empathy, both as a pregnant patient and later as a mom with a newborn. Their care and understanding made a stressful situation feel manageable and even comforting.
