I truly can’t say enough good things about this office. The entire team is incredibly kind and compassionate, especially when it comes to my dental anxiety. Dr. Jeff always takes the time to sit, talk, and genuinely connect. He remembers details about my life, which makes every visit feel personal and meaningful. Years ago, when my insurance changed, I had to switch dentists. In the 10 years that followed, I only went to the new dentist 1 or 2 times because I just never felt comfortable. Returning to Dr. Jeff was such a relief, my first appointment back went seamlessly. They didn’t make me feel guilty for being away so long, and they never make me feel self-conscious about my very crowded teeth or the challenges that can cause. I also deeply appreciate that they are honest and never recommend unnecessary work. I completely trust their guidance. I’m so grateful to be back in a place where I feel cared for, understood, and truly valued as a patient.

Recently started coming here from a friend's recommendation and very happy with the decision. They make it very easy to schedule appointments and are very upfront with you on what needs to be done. Usually I hate going to the dentist but the experience here makes it all worth it! So far I've done my cleanings and cavity fills here and have not felt pain like I have with others. 10/10 would recommend.
The Smile Shack has been great! They are so patient with my young boys and have tons of fun's games in the waiting room for them. Although they are bummed they never have to wait long for our appointments so they never have long to play them! Everyone we have dealt with here is friendly, knowledgeable , and efficient! The girls there always match the energy of my boys and they love coming to the dentist! And Dr. Jeff is so great too!
This was my first time bringing my husband in as a patient as well, a little dentist date day if you will, and we both received excellent care. While I have consistently had the very best of service with The Smile Shack for the last 15 years, he is not a huge fan of dentists and has lectured me on driving an hour for dental work before so I was a bit nervous. I was thrilled to see him come out so pleased and raving about how great everyone was, already discussing dates for the next appt. I truly cannot recommend them enough. They are always upbeat, positive, and really give the most efficient and gentle care. I always leave feeling like my smile is worth a million bucks!
